we love this resort and will be back again
We stay here on a regular basis at least once a year. The location is great, breakfast is amazing and Bintang Bali resort offers us all the facilities we need and love. our favorite family and friend vacation stop
we did have an issue where we thought our booking included breakfast (booked via booking.com) we had 8 rooms booked over varying days, only 1 room included breakfast. When we tried to discuss the issue with staff it took over an hour to come to a mutually agreed resolution that all parties where happy with. As we explained to the hotel, you can see by our historical booking we also have breakfast included and the difference from accommodation only and accommodation including breakfast was vastly different from what the resort wanted to charge but they did agree to charge us per room instead of per person

What was the highlight of Bintang Bali Resort
Very Good
It is a beautiful setting, like a palace. We only had a few days, so did not get to enjoy all that your hotel had to offer. The grounds were beautiful.
The towels were old and not soft. The pillow case was stained. The container holding the teas was dirty. Also, we asked for a wake-up call, and there was no call. Please make sure to spray for bugs. There were ants by the headboard and on the writing table. The shampoo and bodywash could be better quality since you are a 5 star resort.

Fantastic location and value for money
I loved the location, the pool, and beachfront. The restaurant at the pool was amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great value for money, too. Next trip, we'll definitely be back.
Everything was nice. Would have been nice if we had a clothes rack/ airer for outside for wet swimmers. But i did see most of the rooms had, just not ours, and i was not going to take one from the other rooms. My daughter's room had one though next door to us. Also, maybe an idea to have the kids' playground covered, it can get very hot.

Well located with good facilities and breakfast options.
Good breakfast choice and location close to shops and restaurants. Nice grounds, fairly well maintained. Swimming pool can be crowded at times.
Hotel is a bit dated and needs an upgrade.
