we love this resort and will be back again
We stay here on a regular basis at least once a year. The location is great, breakfast is amazing and Bintang Bali resort offers us all the facilities we need and love. our favorite family and friend vacation stop
we did have an issue where we thought our booking included breakfast (booked via booking.com) we had 8 rooms booked over varying days, only 1 room included breakfast. When we tried to discuss the issue with staff it took over an hour to come to a mutually agreed resolution that all parties where happy with. As we explained to the hotel, you can see by our historical booking we also have breakfast included and the difference from accommodation only and accommodation including breakfast was vastly different from what the resort wanted to charge but they did agree to charge us per room instead of per person

Rooms + bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, food was very nice and price value overall is great! Don’t hear any road noise and in a great location where everything is basically a short walk away. Would happily recommend Bintang Bali.

Happy to have stayed at our favourite Bali home
we stay at this location nearly every time we come to Bali, at least once a year. We love the location and the resort has all the facilities we love.
We had an issue where we thought breakfast was included in our room booking, very hard to communicate the issue and find a resolution. Whilst we finally arrived at a resolution that we were all happy with. It took over an hour to resolve
